расчетная денежная единица в статистике платежного баланса.Исходной информацией для составления платежного баланса (balance of payments) являются сведения о внешнеэкономических операциях с материальными ресурсами и финансовыми средствами, оцененными в различных валютах. Сравнимость балансовой отчетности достигается с помощью расчетной денежной единицы. МВФ (International Monetary Fund) рекомендует показатели платежного баланса исчислять в отечественной валюте, при этом стоимостные объемы внешнеэкономических операций (см. valuation of international transaction) целесообразнее всего определять по той же системе цен, которая принята в практике статистического учета внешней торговли, банковской статистики, СНС (System of National Accounts). Иными словами, проводки платежного баланса фиксируют стоимостные объемы внешнеэкономических операций, учитываемых в рыночных ценах. Такие цены или ставки для их расчета оговариваются в контракте. Рыночная цена, подтвержденная контрактом, не может быть впоследствии изменена. Рыночная стоимость внешнеэкономической операции, оцененная в иностранной валюте, пересчитыва- ется в расчетные денежные единицы по официальному (обменному) валютному курсу (convertibility). Для стран, использующих в процессе внешнеэкономической деятельности несколько валютных курсов, МВФ рекомендует при построении платежного баланса применять расчетный курс валют. Различие в стоимостных оценках внешнеэкономических операций, осуществленных на основе расчетного и фактически действующего валютных курсов, рассматривается или как чистая величина косвенных налогов на резидентов, или как субсидия, выданная им при обмене иностранной валюты на внутреннюю.English-Russian explanatory dictionary of the external economic terms > unit of account in balance of payments statistics
